As our Founder's Nevada operating company of his various AngelPreneur Venture Group projects, GridZero transforms strategic concepts into operational projects.
Working alongside Agentis Interactive, GridZero develops the physical infrastructure that supports the entire APVG ecosystem—from hospitality destinations and technology hubs to renewable energy systems, manufacturing operations, and future community developments.
While Agentis designs the intelligent business systems that power an organization digitally, GridZero designs and delivers the facilities, equipment, infrastructure, and operational capabilities that allow those systems to operate in the real world.
What We Build and Provide
GridZero develops integrated infrastructure solutions designed to support both APVG companies, the overall APVG/ClubZERO ecosystem, and future third-party clients.

GridZero, alongside of its various design partners and affiliated companies, designs and integrates renewable energy generation and storage systems that reduce operating costs while improving long-term resilience. They will provide the equipment necessary, and integrate mechanical systems across the APVG/ClubZERO ecosystem, while Agentis develops and manages all operating systems. Water Independence Solutions
Reliable water is one of the world's most valuable resources. GridZero works with HumidaPURE AirWater Systems to develop integrated water production and purification systems utilizing established and proven Atmospheric Water Generator (AWG) technologies, state-of-the-art purification, storage, and intelligent monitoring to support commercial facilities, planned vertical farming, and future community developments. Specialty MetalWorks - Custom Fabrication
One of GridZero's core companies will be Specialty MetalWorks, a proposed state-of-the-art metal fabrication facility in Las Vegas.

By manufacturing many components in-house, GridZero improves quality control, reduces project costs, and accelerates installation schedules across the ecosystem.
Specialty Aquarium Builder & Systems
GridZero will also establish Specialty Aquarium Builders in Las Vegas, to build and design will become the primary builder of many of the specialty aquarium environments envisioned throughout the APVG/ClubZERO ecosystem.
Their engineering teams will work alongside our design teams for all hospitality projects, the Aquarium Plaza Corporate Centers, the Clear Blue Oceans exhibits, and Tropical Reef Travel Cafe & BAGGEDDABOUTIT.
Specialty Aquarium Builders will serve mainly the systems needed to build out the APVG/ClubZERO ecosystem projects over the initial five years, with only limited commercial projects for outside clients.
