Why We Exist
The AngelPreneur Impact Fund™ is a private, self-funded joint venture created to develop, launch, and grow four unique businesses that deliver meaningful environmental, social, and economic impact.
Structured as a long-term strategic partnership, the fund is owned 60% by AngelPreneur Venture Group (APVG) and 40% by ClubZERO Rewards Inc., designed to combine its various technologies in building APVG's four Aquarium Plaza Corporate Centers & Technology HUBS.
Unlike a traditional venture capital fund that invests in outside startups, the AngelPreneur Impact Fund develops and wholly owns its own portfolio companies. Each business is carefully selected because it addresses significant global challenges while supporting the long-term development of the Aquarium Plaza Corporate Centers (APCC) ecosystem and the broader APVG family of companies.
Initial funding is provided through a dedicated allocation of ClubZERO Rewards membership dues through 2029, creating a sustainable source of growth capital without relying on outside institutional investors. As ClubZERO membership expands, the Impact Fund gains the resources needed to launch and scale its portfolio companies while simultaneously strengthening the value of the overall ecosystem.
