From Entrepreneur to APVG Intrapreneur
For selected opportunities, an entrepreneur may continue operating the acquired business or assume responsibility for a related APVG division.
In certain situations, qualifying operating leaders may also be considered for performance-based profit-sharing opportunities potentially ranging from 10% to 20% of the profits of the business or division they manage.
Any such arrangement would be individually negotiated and based upon the position, transaction, responsibilities and performance requirements.
The objective is simple: Give talented people an opportunity to continue thinking and operating like entrepreneurs — without having to build alone.
