The Clear Blue Oceans Foundation

Founder/CEO Peter Ortmann shares some insight into his Clear Blue Oceans Foundation.
Every great vision begins with a story. In this short presentation, Peter "The AngelPreneur" Ortmann aka: The Shark, shares the inspiration behind the Clear Blue Oceans Foundation™, the promise that led to Marissa's Reef For Heavenly Helpers™, and the vision for creating experiences that help future generations discover, appreciate, and protect our oceans.
Protecting Our Oceans Through Inspiration and Education
The Clear Blue Oceans Foundation™ was created by our Founder Peter "The AngelPreneur" Ortmann, aka: The Shark, from a simple belief:
People protect what they love, and they love what they understand.
His mission, and that of our teams, is to inspire a lifelong appreciation for our oceans, marine life and tropical reefs by creating experiences that educate, engage, and connect people with the extraordinary world beneath the surface.
Rather than focusing only on environmental challenges, we focus on creating opportunities for discovery. Through interactive experiences, marine education, scientific research, conservation initiatives, and community engagement, we seek to inspire future generations to become lifelong stewards of our oceans.
We believe every child should have the opportunity to experience the wonder of a living coral reef, every family should have opportunities to create lasting memories together, and every visitor should leave with a greater appreciation for the incredible ecosystems that sustain life on our planet.
Where The First Seed Was Planted
Everything you see throughout the Clear Blue Oceans Foundation™ began with one promise.
What started as a grandfather's promise to his seven-year-old granddaughter after she was swept to her death in a flash flood, has grown into a vision dedicated to inspiring millions of people to experience the beauty of our oceans, appreciate the incredible diversity of marine life, and understand the importance of protecting these fragile ecosystems for future generations.
Marissa's Reef For Heavenly Helpers™ (Marissa's Reef), is more than an aquarium.
It is the heart of a growing mission built upon love, hope, education, and discovery. Every initiative within the Foundation grows from that original promise.
Marissa's Reef For Heavenly Helpers™
Marissa's Reef™ is envisioned as the signature attraction within each future Aquarium Plaza Corporate Center™ throughout the APVG/ClubZERO Ecosystem™.
Combining spectacular living reef environments with interactive educational exhibits, multimedia presentations, underwater viewing experiences, educational programming, and worldwide livestreams, each reef is designed to inspire visitors of every age while creating a lasting emotional connection with our oceans.
More than an exhibit, Marissa's Reef™ represents hope, remembrance, education, and discovery brought together in one unforgettable experience.
SpiritFish Initiative™
The SpiritFish Initiative™ provides families with a meaningful way to honor the lives of children lost to natural disasters, like floods, hurricanes, wildfire, earthquakes or similar events.
These SpiritFish serve as the Marissa's Heavenly Helpers on Marissa's Reef, as each fish that inhabits the reef is named after a lost child by family or friend, and forever remembered through personalized digital memorials, images, videos and remembrances from family and friends.
SpiritFish also serve as our tropical reef Ambassadors, transforming remembrance into inspiration while helping support the Foundation's ocean and marine life educational mission.
Every SpiritFish represents a life remembered. Every story becomes part of a growing legacy.
Growing the Vision Together
Every meaningful vision requires people who believe in it.
The Clear Blue Oceans Foundation™ has been designed around a long-term partnership between community support, innovative technology, sustainable business practices, and the APVG/ClubZERO Ecosystem™.
Agentis Interactive™ has committed to designing, developing, hosting, and supporting the Intelligent Business Systems™ that will power the Foundation's digital future—including SpiritFish™, educational programs, volunteer management, livestream experiences, research administration, communications, events, and community engagement—as its contribution to protecting the oceans we all share.
As part of ClubZERO Rewards' long-term Ocean Commitment™, the Foundation is planned to receive 10% of ClubZERO's net monthly membership dues, creating a growing source of recurring support that expands alongside the ClubZERO community.
Together, these commitments establish a strong foundation for the future—but every forest still needs people willing to plant new seeds.
Through our Plant Your Seed™ initiative, individuals, families, businesses, and organizations have the opportunity to help us accelerate the Foundation's vision by supporting the ongoing development of educational programs, marine experiences, research initiatives, and the digital infrastructure that will connect millions of people with our oceans.
Every contribution plants another seed. Every seed helps grow the future and recruit more taleneten people.
🌱 Plant Your Seed™ and help us build this powerful mission.
CBO Foundation Future Initiatives and Divisions
Tropical Reef Life Research & Breeding Center™
The Tropical Reef Life Research & Breeding Center™ will serve as the marine life headquarters for the APVG/ClubZERO Ecosystem™, supporting every major aquarium, marine exhibit, and tropical reef experience developed throughout the growing ecosystem.
Designed as a hands-on marine education, breeding, research, training, and operational campus, the Center will sustainably breed tropical fish, propagate corals, cultivate aquatic plants, and develop healthy marine life populations.

Reef life for future Marissa's Reef™ exhibits, Tropical Reef Travel Café™ locations, Aquarium Plaza Resorts™, and other ecosystem aquariums whenever practical. By raising much of the marine life needed within the ecosystem, the Foundation seeks to reduce the collection of fish and corals from natural reef environments while demonstrating responsible stewardship through education, conservation, and sustainable breeding practices.
The Center will also recruit, train, certify, and support the marine professionals responsible for operating every aquarium throughout the APVG/ClubZERO Ecosystem™, establishing consistent standards for animal care, habitat management, life-support systems, guest education, and aquarium operations.
As the ecosystem grows, the Center will become another sustainable source of education, professional training,
consulting, and operational support while advancing the Foundation's mission of protecting marine life through responsible stewardship
Aquarium Gallery Restaurant
The Aquarium Galley™ is envisioned as far more than a restaurant. It will become an immersive ocean dining experience overlooking Marissa's Reef™, where exceptional cuisine is paired with breathtaking living marine environments.
Every meal becomes another opportunity to inspire the young and curios, encourage learning, and support the Foundation's ongoing educational mission while providing another sustainable source of operating revenue.
Interval Donation Program

Every year, thousands of vacation intervals go unused. The Interval Donation Program™ transforms those unused opportunities into meaningful experiences that support the Foundation's mission.
Future donated accommodations may be used for educational travel, fundraising initiatives, volunteer housing, research activities, and family experiences connected to the Foundation's growing network of ocean education programs.
By sharing what might otherwise go unused, supporters help create opportunities that benefit both people and our oceans.
CBO Marine Group™
The CBO Marine Group™ will serve as the Foundation's marine operations division, supporting ocean conservation, reef restoration, marine debris removal, educational expeditions, volunteer programs, and future ocean exploration initiatives.
Working alongside community volunteers, environmental organizations, educators, and research partners, the Marine Group will demonstrate that meaningful environmental stewardship begins through participation, education, and shared responsibility. Together, small actions create lasting impact.

Foundation Partners
Growing Stronger Together
Like families that support one another through every season, the APVG/ClubZERO Ecosystem™ was intentionally designed to provide long-term support for its nonprofit partner, the Clear Blue Oceans Foundation™.
Rather than operating independently, the organizations within the ecosystem share knowledge, technology, infrastructure, professional expertise, community engagement, and long-term financial commitments. Together, they form the Four Pillars of Support™ that help the Foundation grow stronger every year.
AngelPreneur Venture Group™
Building the Vision
APVG serves as the long-term steward of the APVG/ClubZERO Ecosystem™. It develops the Aquarium Plaza Corporate Centers™, future Aquarium Plaza Resorts™, and complementary businesses that provide permanent homes for many of the Foundation's educational, research, and community engagement programs
GridZERO Inc.™
Building a More Sustainable Future
GridZERO develops resilient infrastructure and sustainable technologies while supporting the Foundation through its planned commitment of 10% of its annual net pre-tax income. Its innovations in renewable energy, atmospheric water generation, agrivoltaics, recycling technologies, and resilient infrastructure complement the Foundation's environmental mission.
ClubZERO Rewards™
Building the Community
ClubZERO builds and manages the community that supports the ecosystem through travel, hospitality, rewards, engagement, and member experiences.
Its planned Ocean Commitment™ dedicates 10% of its net monthly membership dues to the Foundation, helping ensure that every membership contributes to ocean education and environmental stewardship
Agentis Interactive™
Building the Digital Foundation
Agentis Interactive™ provides the Intelligent Business Systems™ that power the Foundation's operations, communications, educational programs, livestream experiences, donations, volunteer management, SpiritFish™, and community engagement.
Its commitment to developing and supporting this digital infrastructure allows the Foundation to focus on its mission while technology quietly supports everything behind the scenes
Looking Toward the Horizon
The Clear Blue Oceans Foundation™ is still in its early chapters. Yet the vision continues to grow.
More children need to discover the ocean, tropical reefs, and reef experiences to inspire future generations.
Communities worldwide are working together, to generate opportunities to protect the incredible ecosystems that sustain us all.
Every new program begins with a single idea. Every lasting legacy begins with a single promise.
Together, we can continue planting the seeds that will inspire generations to love, explore, and protect the oceans we all share.
Agentis is not just a technology company. It is a steward for our oceans. The largest source of oxygen and food on earth. A life-supporting resource we must protect. The APVG/ClubZERO ecosystem is building a powerful awareness platform powered by Agentis, and we hope you will join us in that effort.

The ocean has always reminded me that even the smallest ripple
can travel farther than we ever imagine.
Marissa planted the first seed in my heart.
Today, together, we have the opportunity to grow that seed into
a living legacy that inspires generations to love,
explore, and protect the oceans we all share.
