The People's Agentic Political Alliance
Human Values. Intelligent Leadership. A Better Future.

Simone, our VP of AI Media Presentations shares insight about PAPA
People’s Agentic Political Alliance™ (PAPA)
Preparing the World for a future where humans, and
AI Humanoid Robotics live and work together.
Artificial intelligence is moving beyond screens and most people’s understanding.
The next generation of intelligent technology will increasingly have a physical presence—working beside us in businesses, assisting people in their homes, supporting seniors, helping maintain infrastructure, protecting the environment, performing dangerous tasks and becoming part of everyday life.
For many people, that future is exciting. For others, it is unfamiliar—and sometimes frightening.
The People’s Agentic Political Alliance™ - PAPA was created to help bridge that gap.
PAPA is a privately funded educational and public-policy advocacy initiative founded by seven APVG/ClubZERO Ecosystem partners, and sponsors who support bringing businesses, technology developers, communities and the public together to better understand artificial intelligence, robotics and humanoid technologies. To encourage conversations on their responsible, safe and human-centered integration into society.
PAPA is not about replacing humanity. It is about preparing humanity

WHY PAPA?
Technology Is Advancing Faster Than Public Understanding
Artificial intelligence has already transformed the way people communicate, create, research, operate businesses and make decisions. The APVG/ClubZERO ecosystem is a good example of how AI can work with a creative entrepreneur.
As outlined in the book 2034 Agentic Leadership: The End of Huma Politicians, the use of Artifical Intelligence built business systems can have many positive effects. Humanoid robotics, which are already in use today, represent the next major step forward as they too develop further.
Instead of intelligence existing only inside computers and mobile devices, intelligent systems will increasingly be embodied in machines capable of moving through the physical world and interacting directly with people.
That creates extraordinary possibilities. It also creates legitimate questions.
-
How should humanoids operate around children?
-
How should they assist seniors or individuals with disabilities?
-
What information should they be allowed to collect?
-
Who is responsible when a robotic system makes a mistake?
-
How should businesses disclose when customers are interacting with artificial intelligence?
-
How should humanoids operate in public spaces?
-
What safety standards should manufacturers follow?
-
What protections should exist for privacy, personal data and human autonomy?
-
How should businesses responsibly integrate robotics into the workforce?
-
And how do we prevent fear, misinformation or poorly designed regulations from stopping technologies that could significantly improve human life?
These are not questions society should wait until 2034 to begin discussing.
They are questions we should begin addressing today.
The PAPA PURPOSE
PAPA™ was formed around a simple belief: The future of intelligent technology should be developed with people—not simply delivered to them.
Our purpose is to help create an informed public conversation about artificial intelligence, robotics and humanoid technology while encouraging policies that protect people without unnecessarily preventing innovation.
PAPA brings together companies developing these technologies, businesses preparing to use them, organizations exploring their social and environmental applications, policymakers and the people whose lives will ultimately be affected by them.
Our objective is not to tell people that they should trust artificial intelligence. Our objective is to provide people with the information and experiences necessary to make informed decisions for themselves.
THE FOUR PILLARS OF PAPA™
EDUCATE
Understanding reduces fear.
PAPA develops educational programming designed to explain artificial intelligence, robotics, humanoids and Agentic technologies in language ordinary people can understand. Through videos, interviews, articles, demonstrations, workshops and public discussions, we explore both the opportunities and legitimate concerns surrounding intelligent technologies.
Education should include the benefits. It should also include the risks. An informed society is better prepared to make intelligent decisions.
EXPERIENCE
Seeing technology firsthand changes the conversation.
PAPA will provide opportunities for people to interact directly with robotic and humanoid technologies through demonstrations, workshops and future public events. Rather than asking people to imagine what a humanoid might someday be capable of doing, we want them to experience the technology as it develops.
To meet and talk with it. Watch it work. Ask questions. Challenge assumptions. Then decide what role these technologies should have in our future.
DIALOGUE
The future should not be designed by technology companies alone.
PAPA encourages dialogue between developers, businesses, researchers, policymakers and the public. Some people will embrace humanoids immediately. Others will approach them cautiously. Both perspectives matter.
PAPA provides a forum where concerns can be discussed openly and where emerging technologies can be examined from multiple viewpoints before becoming deeply integrated into everyday life.
ADVOCATE
Innovation requires intelligent rules.
PAPA will advocate for public policies that encourage responsible technological advancement while protecting fundamental human interests. That may include issues involving:
-
Robotic and humanoid safety standards
-
Artificial intelligence transparency
-
Consumer disclosure
-
Personal privacy and data protection
-
Cybersecurity
-
Human oversight
-
Workplace integration
-
Senior and companion robotics
-
Robotics involving children
-
Autonomous decision-making
-
Environmental robotics
-
Public-space robotics
-
Emergency and disaster response
-
Robotic identification and registration where appropriate
-
Manufacturer and operator responsibilities
-
Ethical Human + Humanoid interaction
The objective should not be regulation simply for the sake of regulation.
The objective should be intelligent regulation that
protects people while allowing responsible innovation to continue
HUMANOIDS IN BUSINESS
The Human + Humanoid Workforce
Humanoid technology is operating already within industry worldwide, but it has the potential to transform the workplace. Far greater than anyone can imagine
Robotic systems already assist with manufacturing, warehousing, hospitality, construction, maintenance, retail, healthcare support, agriculture, food service, transportation, security, environmental projects and countless other applications. But that is just the beginning of the future that is heading our way.
Some will perform tasks people do not want to perform. Some will perform jobs that are dangerous. Some will assist employees rather than replace them. And some will create entirely new industries and occupations that do not exist today.
PAPA believes businesses should begin preparing for this transition before it arrives at scale. The discussion should include productivity and economics—but also employee retraining, human oversight, safety, dignity and the continued importance of human creativity, judgment and relationships.
HUMANOIDS IN OUR PERSONAL LIVES
Robotic technology will increasingly move beyond the workplace and into our homes. The hidden demand for personal robotic companions is already there,
As one indication of how quickly the market is developing: Chinese robotics company UBTECH reported sales of 1,079 full-size humanoid robots in 2025, with more than 1,000 delivered primarily for industrial applications. In June 2026, the company introduced its UWORLD U1 Series of lifelike consumer humanoids designed for human interaction and companionship.
By the June 30 launch event, UBTECH reported cumulative orders exceeding 13,361 units across all channels. The response illustrates something important: public demand for increasingly human-like robotic companions may be developing much faster than many people realize.
Companion humanoids are no longer simply science fiction. The technology is entering commercialization today, with companies developing humanoids for companionship, household assistance, commercial services and other human-centered applications.
They may help individuals with physical limitations, perform household tasks, provide reminders, monitoring and assistance. And eventually, intelligent robotic companions may become as familiar to future generations as smartphones are today.
That possibility raises profound questions about privacy, emotional attachment, security, autonomy and human relationships.
PAPA wants those conversations to happen before
the technology becomes commonplace.
