Agentis Resilience Infrastructure Systems Engine

Building the Intelligence Behind the Next Generation of Resilient Infrastructure

Simone, our VP of AI Media Presentations, shares details about Agentis AI Infrastructure Systems

Agentis RISE - Resilience Infrastructure Systems Engine

Agentis is developing a new class of proprietary AI-driven operating systems designed to manage complex physical infrastructure. The graphic below shares the full Agentis integration, including the Agentis AI Workforce Solutions division technology platforms.

The Agentis Intelligent Resilience Infrastructure Systems strategy begins with two primary technology platforms.

1 -  Agentis RISE™

Resilient Infrastructure Systems Engine

RISE is Agentis's AI-driven resilience platform, currently being developed around two interconnected applications:

RISE Infrastructure Systems
AI management and optimization of resilient energy, water, food-production and facility infrastructure.

RISE Agrivoltaic Systems
AI management and analysis of integrated agricultural, renewable-energy, water and controlled-environment growing systems.

RISE Intelligent Infrastructure Systems

Clean Energy. Clean Water. Clean Food. Resilient Facilities.

RISE Infrastructure Systems is focused on the intelligence required to manage and optimize the core infrastructure of a resilient facility.

Potential RISE-managed technologies include solar generation, vertical-axis wind generation, energy storage, grid interaction, resilient backup generation, atmospheric water generation, water purification and storage, controlled-environment food production and facility operating systems.

The platform is being designed to continuously understand:

  • What energy is available.

  • What energy is being consumed.

  • How much water is available and where it is needed.

  • What agricultural systems require.

  • What facility loads are essential.

  • What resources should be stored or conserved.

  • And how priorities should change when conditions change.

And how priorities should change when conditions change.RISE can ultimately help determine when energy should be consumed, stored or exported; when atmospheric water systems should operate; how available water should be allocated; how critical resources should be protected during infrastructure disruptions; and how the overall facility can operate more efficiently.

The objective goes beyond automation.

RISE is intended to help the entire resilience ecosystem operate as one intelligent system.

RISE Agrivoltaic Farming Systems

Producing Food, Energy and Water From an Integrated Agricultural Footprint

RISE Agrivoltaic Systems extends the RISE intelligence platform into agriculture.

Agentis is developing the concept around standardized agricultural resilience modules capable of combining renewable power generation, atmospheric water production, controlled-environment agriculture and conventional outdoor growing.

Agrivoltaic solar can allow portions of an agricultural footprint to continue producing crops while simultaneously generating electricity. Potential applications include vineyards, citrus and other groves, specialty crops, nurseries, flowers and seedlings.

Other modules can support multi-level controlled-environment or vertical agriculture beneath protected canopy structures.

RISE can analyze the relationships among:

  • Crop yield

  • solar production

  • water consumption

  • irrigation

  • temperature

  • microclimate

  • growing cycles

  • energy requirements

  • harvest schedules

  • production costs

  • combined economics

Comparable growing areas can also allow performance under agrivoltaic canopies to be measured against conventional open-air cultivation.

The objective is not to assume that every crop or location will benefit from agrivoltaics.

It is to build the intelligence and operating knowledge required to determine what works, where it works and how the combined agricultural and energy system should be configured.

Atmospheric water generation (AWG) adds another potential resource.

Renewable electricity produced by the agricultural modules can power atmospheric water generation equipment located within appropriately designed protected areas. Produced water can enter centralized storage and distribution systems for agricultural irrigation, controlled-environment farming, facility requirements and, following appropriate treatment and verification, potable applications.

RISE can determine when water production is most efficient, where available water has the greatest value and how water reserves should be managed across the agricultural network. The result is an integrated model:

SUN + WIND → ENERGY → WATER → AGRICULTURE → DATA → RISE

And the data returns to RISE, helping the system continuously improve future operating decisions.

2 -  Agentis P2P Waste Systems™

Plastic Waste Resource & Processing Intelligence

An AI-driven operating, feedstock, production and site-intelligence platform being developed for plastic-waste resource-recovery facilities. This includes managing the marketing and sale of recovered fuel products.

Both platforms follow the same Agentis strategy:

Develop the intelligence.
Own the technology.
Prove it in real-world operations.
License it across an expanding network of projects.

Separate from RISE, Agentis is developing P2P Waste Management Systems, an AI-driven platform for plastic-waste resource-recovery-conversion-end-product sales operations.

P2P Waste Systems is intended to provide a unified intelligence layer across the operating lifecycle of a multi-line processing facility.

Potential capabilities include:

  • Feedstock sourcing and availability

  • Incoming material and inventory

  • Feedstock consumption

  • Individual processing-line performance

  • Production yields

  • Energy consumption

  •

  • Finished-product inventory

  • Recoverable co-products

  • Production costs

  • Customer demand and sales

  • Plant-level operating economics

  • Equipment utilization and maintenance

The system is also envisioned as a broader feedstock and site-intelligence platform.

Agentis can develop a growing database of recycling companies, waste processors, commercial generators and other potential feedstock sources throughout the United States.

Over time, P2P Waste Systems can combine feedstock availability, transportation requirements, operating data and market economics to help identify promising locations for future GridZERO P2P facilities.

The first operating facility becomes more than a project.

It becomes the data foundation for evaluating the next project.

One Intelligence Architecture. Multiple Infrastructure Applications.

Although RISE and P2P serve different industries, both are being developed around a common Agentis philosophy: physical infrastructure becomes more valuable when its operating systems can collect information, evaluate conditions, coordinate resources, and support intelligent decisions.

Rather than building isolated applications for individual facilities, Agentis intends to develop reusable technology architectures that can be adapted to different equipment configurations, operating environments, and project locations.

This approach creates opportunities for centralized monitoring, operational analytics, predictive maintenance, performance benchmarking, and continuous improvement across multiple installations.

Each new deployment can contribute additional operating knowledge, helping Agentis refine its technology while allowing infrastructure owners and operators to benefit from an expanding base of practical experience.

Two Systems. One Agentis Technology Strategy

Agentis RISE and Agentis P2P Waste Systems address different infrastructure opportunities. But the underlying business strategy is the same.

  • Agentis develops the intelligence.

  • Agentis retains ownership of its underlying technology and intellectual property.

  • Operating companies license the technology.

  • Real-world installations generate operating knowledge and data.

  • That knowledge helps improve subsequent deployments.

As additional projects are developed, Agentis has the opportunity to expand recurring technology relationships without having to own every physical project operating its systems.

From Intelligence to Infrastructure

The AngelPreneur IMPACT Fund & GridZERO Resilience Group

The physical deployment of these technologies is supported by the broader AngelPreneur Venture Group (APVG)

ecosystem, and its AngelPreneur IMPACT Fund portfolio companies. Those companies are being developed to participate in resilience, resource-recovery and related infrastructure opportunities.

The Fund is managed by APVG's Las Vegas-based GridZERO Inc. which will also serve as the central project-development, design-integration and equipment/facility project-management organization responsible for bringing the individual pieces of each project together.

Its role can include project planning, engineering and design coordination, site integration, equipment evaluation and procurement, fabrication coordination, specialty contractor management, installation, construction management, commissioning and ongoing facility operations.

GridZERO will also develop and oversee APVG's Specialty Metal Works, a proposed state-of-the-art metal fabrication and manufacturing facility. It will manufacture some equipment, all related structural steel, equipment supports, solar panel racking systems, wind turbine mounts, metal canopy/buildings, solar carport structures, and stainless steel accessories for all ecosystem companies, for all IMPACT Fund projects and, where appropriate, independently owned third-party projects.

The relationship is straightforward:

Agentis Interactive Inc.

Develops, owns and licenses the intelligence.

GridZero Inc.

Develops, integrates, delivers and manages the physical infrastructure.

AngelPreneur Impact Fund L.P.

Supports the development and expansion of qualifying projects and portfolio companies.

The Impact Fund intends to seek third-party financing or strategic partners to build-out its portfolio businesses in 2027 to acquire the needed equipment, facilities and bring all initial projects online.

Las Vegas - Corporate Headquarters

Home Base. Development Center. Live Demonstration Environment.

Las Vegas provides another important strategic advantage. As one of North America's leading convention and business-event destinations, Las Vegas attracts global brands, industry leaders, investors, developers and decision-makers representing virtually every major business sector.

Agentis and GridZERO intend to take advantage of that extraordinary concentration of business traffic by developing live working demonstration environments in Southern Nevada.Qualified visitors will not simply be shown presentations or renderings.

They can ultimately be shown the systems operating.

  • See RISE Infrastructure Systems at work.

  • Experience RISE Agrivoltaic Systems.

  • See atmospheric water production and intelligent resource management.

  • Tour GridZERO-integrated infrastructure.

  • Observe Agentis P2P Waste Systems managing an operating resource-recovery facility.

  • Meet the people responsible for developing and deploying the projects.

A prospective customer already traveling to Las Vegas for an industry convention can extend the visit and experience these technologies firsthand.

That creates a powerful commercialization strategy: Bring the world to Las Vegas. Show them working systems.

Demonstrate the operating data. Then help qualified partners deploy them in their own markets.

The long-term opportunity extends well beyond Nevada.

Resilience, agriculture, energy, water and waste-resource challenges differ from one location to another.

The underlying Agentis strategy does not.

  • Develop proprietary intelligence.

  • Deploy it through operating projects.

  • Learn from real-world performance.

  • Retain the technology and intellectual property.

  • License it across an expanding network of infrastructure.

GridZero and the AngelPreneur IMPACT Fund ecosystem provide a pathway for physical deployment.

Agentis provides the intelligence.

And every successful installation has the potential to become another operating reference point, another source of knowledge and another recurring technology relationship.
