ClubZERO Rewards was designed around a simple idea:
economic activity can create value in more than one direction.
As ClubZERO grows, people will discover us through members, Partner Affiliates, businesses, nonprofit partners, podcasts, music, media coverage, social media, search engines and countless other sources.
When someone enters ClubZERO through a properly tracked referral link, we recognize the individual or organization responsible for making that introduction.
But what happens when someone discovers ClubZERO
on their own, without being invited by one of our Affiliates?
Maybe they heard an Agentis Pulse podcast. Maybe they discovered one of our songs, read an article, saw ClubZERO mentioned on social media, found us through a search engine or simply entered ClubZERORewards.com into their browser.
In those cases, there is no attributable referring affiliate.
So who gets the economic value associated with that new relationship?
We decided not to let it go unused.
That is why we developed the ClubZERO Social Impact Allocation Program™.
The Four-Way Referral Allocation
When a new member joins ClubZERO without an attributable Partner Affiliate or other recognized referral source, that new-member relationship is allocated equally among four designated social-impact causes and initiatives. Each represents a different area in which we believe recurring economic activity can be put to productive use:

Unaffiliated members will be distributed equally among these organizations through an established allocation process. When qualifying ClubZERO activity associated with those accounts subsequently generates earnings, those earnings can help fund the respective organization's operations, programs and asset acquisitions.
Four Causes. Different Organizational Structures.
These four initiatives should not be confused as four nonprofit organizations.
Clear Blue Oceans Foundation is the nonprofit organization within the program.
The ClubZERO CommunityHUB Development Fund and ClubZERO Natural Disaster Assistance Fund are self-funded social-impact causes managed by ClubZERO.
The People's Agentic Political Alliance (PAPA) is an advocacy initiative managed by Agentis Interactive.
What connects all four is not their organizational structure. It is the ClubZERO economic engine that can provide each with an opportunity to earn funding from otherwise unattributed membership activity.
This Is Not A Donation Program
No member is being asked to make a donation through this allocation program.
A member does not receive a charitable tax deduction simply because his or her otherwise unattributed ClubZERO membership relationship has been allocated to one of these four causes or initiatives.
Instead, qualifying economic activity associated with those allocated accounts can generate earned funding.
It follows the same basic economic principle behind the ClubZERO Partner Affiliate model: Create economic activity. Generate recurring value. Put that value to work.
The difference is simple. When no individual, business, Partner Affiliate or outside organization is responsible for making the introduction, ClubZERO can redirect that economic opportunity toward one of these four designated social-impact initiatives.

Protecting What Connects Us All
Clear Blue Oceans Foundation is the established ocean-focused nonprofit within the broader APVG ecosystem, created to promote ocean awareness, education and initiatives designed to help protect our oceans and marine environments for future generations.
Its developing initiatives include Marissa's Reef for Heavenly Helpers, ocean-awareness programs and collaborations intended to connect individuals, businesses and organizations with the importance of protecting one of the planet's most valuable resources.
Through the ClubZERO Social Impact Allocation Program, CBO Foundation can be assigned qualifying unaffiliated ClubZERO members and earn funding from subsequent qualifying membership activity associated with those accounts.
Those earnings can support CBO Foundation's operations and developing ocean-related programs without requiring the member to make a donation.
The member receives the benefits of ClubZERO.
CBO earns funding through qualifying economic activity.
Our oceans gain another economic engine working on their behalf.

Temporary Housing for Communities That Need It
The CommunityHUB Development Fund is a ClubZERO-managed social-impact initiative being developed to turn recurring economic activity into something tangible: permanent community infrastructure designed to provide safe transitional shelter and essential resources for people experiencing temporary displacement or homelessness.
Depending upon the community and location, these facilities incorporate safe and secure environment, job search assistance, food-support programs, access to essential human needs, resources and medical services delivered directly in collaboration with qualified community organizations and operating partners.
CommunityHUBs are envisioned as transitional facilities designed to help working individuals and families experiencing temporary homelessness regain stability, remain connected to essential services and ultimately return to independent housing.
A rough rendering of the design concept is shown below. It comprises two 60,000 SQ FT metal buildings with a central courtyard with a pool, BBQ area, and playground. It's not ideal housing, but a mix of spaces that allow for tents, plus cabins within the building, each with a thrift store, water-making, ice, full laundry and internet facilities, a community kitchen and social gathering room. The goal is to make those suffering from life's challenges feel more secure and connected.
Rather than depending exclusively upon conventional fundraising, the CommunityHUB Development Fund can earn funding through qualifying ClubZERO membership activity assigned to its account.Those earnings can help support planning, property acquisition or site development, construction, equipment, operations and the continued expansion of the CommunityHUB network.
As the program develops, ClubZERO can also work with experienced nonprofit organizations, community leaders and other qualified partners to help determine where CommunityHUBS are needed and how individual facilities can best serve their communities.
One member can inspire another. And one community can create meaningful recurring impact.

Our Disaster Response Fund
CLUBZERO DISASTER ASSISTANCE FUND
Building the Resources Before Disaster Strikes.
When a major hurricane, flood, tornado, wildfire, earthquake or other disaster strikes, communities can suddenly lose access to some of life's most basic necessities. The ClubZERO Natural Disaster Assistance Fund is a ClubZERO-managed, self-funded social-impact initiative being developed to acquire and maintain physical resources that can be rapidly deployed when natural disasters suddenly deprive communities of life's basic necessities.
A centerpiece of this strategy is the developing ClubZERO ReliefHUB program. Working with Specialty Metal Works, an APVG Company in development, and other participating providers, the Fund's objective is to use earned funding to help acquire, equip, maintain, stage and ultimately deploy modular ReliefHUB units to disaster-affected communities.
Depending upon final configuration, the goal is to modify shipping containers that can be shipped anywhere, and assembled onsite where needed. ReliefHUBs would be pre-fabricated and stored in numbers and made ready for immediate deployment to a disaster-stricken area when needed. They will offer capabilities that will include essential services lost and needed such as:

Electrical power and EV charging systems

Starlink-enabled communications and internet access

Other essential post-disaster support capabilities
Rather than waiting until a disaster occurs to begin looking for resources, the long-term objective is to establish a growing network of ReliefHUB assets that can be positioned and prepared for deployment when they are needed.
The ClubZERO Disaster Assistance Fund earns funding through qualifying ClubZERO membership activity assigned to its account, creating an ongoing economic mechanism to support operations and ReliefHUB acquisition. Disaster supplies such as blankets, tents, coats, and first aid supplies, food and medical supplies.
ReliefHUBS provide deployable infrastructure for communities suddenly in need.

People's Agentic Political Alliance (PAPA)
The People’s Agentic Political Alliance (PAPA) is an Agentis Interactive-managed advocacy initiative being developed to promote informed, practical and forward-looking public policy surrounding artificial intelligence, autonomous systems and robotics. It is also a main part of the upcoming film 2034: Agentic Leadership: The End of Human Politicians.
As AI and intelligent machines become increasingly integrated into our workplaces, businesses, homes and communities, PAPA's mission will be to advocate for laws, regulations and public policies that encourage innovation while addressing safety, accountability, responsible deployment, human interests and the evolving legal questions surrounding advanced AI and robotic systems.
Through the ClubZERO Social Impact Allocation Program, PAPA can receive a share of unaffiliated new-member relationships and earn funding through qualifying ClubZERO membership activity associated with those accounts.
Those earnings can help support research, public education, policy development, advocacy and lawful lobbying activities as PAPA works to encourage a thoughtful regulatory framework for the rapidly developing Human + AI future.
Technology will continue to evolve. Our laws must evolve intelligently with it.
