The ClubZERO ClubHOUSE &
Welcome Centers

Simone, our VP of AI Media Presentations shares details about The ClubZERO ClubHOUSE & Welcome Center Development Strategy.

Bringing the Digital Membership Experience

Into a Physical Destination for All to Enjoy.

ClubZERO Rewards is being built as a digital membership community—but our vision has never been limited to a website, an app or a Member Dashboard.

We want ClubZERO members to have places they can actually walk into.

A place to meet. Relax. Plan a vacation. Have a cup of Hawaiian coffee. Grab something to eat. Shop. Attend a presentation.

Meet with a travel advisor. Discover a new ClubZERO project. Learn about an important cause. Bring a friend. Or simply sit down, open a laptop and enjoy the atmosphere over a beer or glass of wine.

That is the idea behind the developing ClubZERO ClubHOUSE & Welcome Centers. A network where everyone will be welcome. ClubZERO members will belong.

And ClubZERO members will receive applicable member discounts and benefits, turning part of the digital membership experience into something they can begin using in the real world.

More Than A Welcome Center

The ClubZERO ClubHOUSE is being designed around a simple idea: bring several parts of the ClubZERO ecosystem together under one roof.

Each location can combine professional travel services, ClubZERO Member Services, food and beverages, retail, presentations, comfortable gathering spaces, free Wi-Fi, digital programming, community awareness and opportunities to discover more of what ClubZERO is building.

Think of it as part travel agency, part tropical café, part member clubhouse, part retail store and part discovery center. For ClubZERO members, it becomes a local connection to their membership.

For the general public, it becomes a Welcome Center—a place to walk in, experience the concept and discover ClubZERO for themselves.

A Travel Agency Wrapped Around A Tropical Reef Cafe

Travel will be at the heart of every ClubHOUSE.

Professional travel advisors will help members and the public explore cruises, resort vacations, sailing experiences and other travel opportunities while the surrounding environment helps put them in a vacation state of mind.

Instead of sitting across a desk in a traditional travel agency, imagine discussing your next cruise over Hawaiian coffee, a smoothie or lunch surrounded by tropical décor, travel programming and comfortable seating.

The food concept is intentionally being designed without requiring a massive traditional restaurant kitchen. Planned offerings may include Hawaiian coffee, pastries, Baggeddaboutit™ bagels, smoothies, pizzas, sandwiches and salads, together with other beverages and, where permitted, beer and wine.

Over time, the ClubHOUSE can also provide a real-world environment for introducing and testing other food concepts being developed within our ecosystem.

A Community Built Around The Future

Signature ClubHOUSE & Welcome Centers

Our Signature ClubHOUSE locations will represent the complete destination concept. In addition to the core travel, café, retail, Member Services and presentation functions, Signature locations will include two full-scale cruise-suite experiences, two ship and one sailing catamaran models, APCC project models and expanded exhibits highlighting projects being developed throughout the broader ecosystem.

Each Signature location is also planned to feature a CBO Foundation Ocean Awareness Center, including a model of Marissa's Reef, helping visitors discover the Foundation's ocean-awareness, coastal cleanup and preservation mission. These locations will also offer 4 SunStar Virtual Golfing Bays where members can enjoy a round of golf with friends and fellow members.

Standard ClubHOUSE & Welcome Centers

Our Standard ClubHOUSE locations will bring the same ClubZERO identity into a smaller, more scalable footprint. They will still offer travel advisors, Member Services, food and beverages, beer and wine where permitted, retail, presentation meeting room, programming, comfortable seating and free Wi-Fi—without the larger cruise-suite and project-display areas found in Signature locations.

Two footprints. One ClubZERO experience.

A Place To Experience APVG/ClubZERO Projects

The ClubHOUSE network can also become an important physical retail platform. ClubZERO merchandise and products developed or procured through ReefShark Apparel can move beyond an online store and into physical locations where members and visitors can see, touch, try and purchase them.

The same principle can eventually extend to other products developed throughout the ClubZERO and APVG ecosystem. That creates another important connection between our digital and physical worlds:

Develop online. Introduce through ClubZERO. Experience it at the ClubHOUSE.

Clean Food. Clean Water. Clean Power.

The Resilience Systems We're Building Together

Even the products served inside a ClubHOUSE can eventually tell part of the larger story.

Our vision includes incorporating produce grown through developing vertical-farming systems where practical and introducing Pacific AirWater atmospheric water in reusable or recyclable glass bottles.

Displays and programming can introduce visitors to projects involving food production, clean water, ocean preservation, Plastic2Power, community development and other initiatives. The ClubHOUSE therefore becomes more than a place where we talk about ideas.

It becomes a place where people can begin experiencing them.

A Showcase For Our Mission Partners, Sponsors & Initiatives

The ClubZERO ClubHOUSE & Welcome Center will provide something a website alone cannot: a physical place where people can discover the organizations, partnerships and initiatives connected to the ClubZERO ecosystem.

Each location is planned to feature the 12 ClubZERO Mission Alliance™ partners, giving members and visitors an opportunity to learn about twelve unique nonprofit causes, understand the work each organization is doing and discover ways they may choose to support, volunteer or become involved.

Through digital monitors, rotating displays, literature, special presentations and other programming, our ClubHouses can extend the Mission Alliance from the digital world into local communities.

The ClubHouses will also showcase ClubZERO Integrated Partners whose products, services, technologies and experiences help make the broader ClubZERO model possible. This creates an opportunity for members to discover the companies we work with while giving participating partners meaningful exposure to a growing membership community and the general public.

Our own developing initiatives and web series can have a home here as well.

Visitors can discover the socially focused ClubZERO CommunityHUB Development Fund and Natural Disaster Assistance Fund, explore CBO Foundation ocean programs, see a model of Marissa’s Reef, and learn how initiatives such as Plastic2Power, sustainable food production, vertical farming and Pacific AirWater are intended to work.

They will discover future travel programs and other projects as they become part of the expanding ecosystem.

Signature ClubHouses can take this even further through larger models, exhibits and dedicated awareness areas, while Standard ClubHouses can deliver the same stories through smaller displays and digital programming.

The objective isn't to turn the ClubHOUSE into a showroom filled with advertisements. It is to make it a place of discovery.

A member might walk in to plan a cruise and discover an ocean-cleanup mission. Someone stopping for coffee might learn about a volunteer opportunity. A visitor might discover a new technology, community initiative or ClubZERO partner. Another might simply see something that inspires them to become involved.

That is another reason we call them Welcome Centers.

Come in for the travel. Stay for the experience. Discover something you didn't know was here.

The First Four Locations

Our initial development vision establishes four ClubHOUSE & Welcome Centers representing both formats:

Las Vegas Strip Location — Signature ClubHOUSE
Las Vegas Corporate Offices — Signature ClubHOUSE
Newport Coast Area — Signature ClubHOUSE
     Henderson — Standard ClubHOUSE

The Las Vegas and Newport Coast Signature locations are intended to demonstrate the complete experiential concept, while Henderson will demonstrate how the ClubHOUSE model can operate successfully in a smaller neighborhood and lifestyle-center footprint.

Together, these first locations can give members in Southern Nevada and Southern California some of the earliest tangible, everyday benefits of the developing ClubZERO ecosystem.

Then We Begin Building The Network

ClubZERO's long-term objective is not four locations. It is a network of Clubhouses & Welcome Center.

Once the initial Las Vegas and Newport Coast developments are approaching completion, our current planning objective is to establish a development pipeline capable of adding one new ClubHOUSE every four months from dues revenues, subject to membership growth, leases, permitting, construction, market conditions and other development requirements.

The first future markets currently envisioned include Thousand Oaks and Palm Springs, California; Salt Lake City, Utah; and Phoenix, Arizona. These would be followed by Lahaina, Maui; Miami, Florida; Seattle, Washington; and San Francisco, California.

Additional markets shown on our development map represent places we believe could eventually support the ClubHOUSE concept as the ClubZERO membership community grows.

These are development objectives—not announced or secured locations—and the sequence, locations and unit development priorities may change as opportunities emerge.

Why This Matters To ClubZERO Members

A membership should become more valuable as the community around it grows. Every new ClubHOUSE can create another place where members can receive applicable discounts, access travel assistance, discover products, attend presentations, meet other people and experience ClubZERO beyond their screens.

And because the locations will also be open to the public, every ClubHOUSE becomes a front door into ClubZERO—introducing new people to the membership community while providing existing members with a place of their own.

That creates a powerful cycle: More Members → More ClubHouses → More Member Benefits → More Communities → More Opportunity to Grow.

Helping Build Something You Can Experience

When someone becomes part of ClubZERO, our goal is for them to understand that they aren't simply joining another discount program. They are becoming part of a developing membership ecosystem designed to connect travel, rewards, food, retail, technology, entertainment, community and impact. Some benefits can begin digitally.

Others can grow as ClubZERO grows. And some, like the ClubZERO ClubHOUSE & Welcome Center, are being designed so members can eventually walk through the front door and experience what their growing membership community helped make possible.

The best membership communities shouldn't exist only on a screen.

They should create places, experiences and opportunities

that members can actually become part of.

"A community becomes stronger when it has a place to come together.

We’re building ClubZERO ClubHouses to turn a digital membership

into real experiences, real connections and real value—

one locally connected community at a time.”
