Getting A GRIP On Tomorrow
The GridZero Resilience Innovation Park

Building a New Future for American Industry, Energy, and Innovation
GridZero Inc. is advancing plans for the GridZero Resilience Innovation Park (GRIP), a bold vision proposed as a multi-phase industrial and economic-development initiative in Jean, Nevada, approximately 30 miles south of Las Vegas.
GRIP is envisioned as a next-generation center for advanced manufacturing, waste-to-energy innovation, renewable power generation, sustainable agriculture, transportation logistics, and workforce opportunities.
Led by GridZero, the project will bring together innovative businesses and technologies with a common purpose: building more resilient infrastructure, creating American jobs, and turning today's environmental and economic challenges into tomorrow's opportunities.

Why Jean, Nevada?
Location. Infrastructure. Opportunity.
Jean offers a compelling combination of geographic advantages for the development of a major industrial innovation center.
A Strategic Interstate 15 Location
Situated along the vital transportation corridor connecting Southern California with Las Vegas and points beyond, Jean offers access to commercial trucking, freight transportation, and the growing Southern Nevada economy.
The corridor also presents opportunities to support commercial truck operators through convenient fueling, vehicle services, parking, and driver rest facilities. Federal hours-of-service requirements make dependable stopping locations an important part of freight transportation, creating potential demand for strategically located services along Interstate 15.
Access to Rail Transportation
The existing Union Pacific rail corridor creates potential opportunities for future freight handling, industrial logistics, and intermodal transportation, subject to railroad agreements and infrastructure development.
An Ideal Location for Plastic2Power
Jean's industrial setting and transportation access make it a promising location for Plastic2Power's proposed plastic waste conversion operations. The project envisions transforming difficult-to-recycle plastic waste into useful fuel products while supporting manufacturing, transportation, and environmental resilience.
Preparing for Southern Nevada's Future
With planning underway for the proposed Southern Nevada Supplemental Airport in the Ivanpah Valley area, Jean is positioned near what could become another major transportation and economic-development investment.
GRIP aims to prepare for that future by establishing industrial capabilities, employment opportunities, and supporting infrastructure ahead of anticipated regional growth.
Building an Integrated Resilience Economy
The proposed innovation park will bring together complementary businesses and technologies focused on several critical industries:
-
Advanced Manufacturing: Industrial fabrication, equipment assembly, and infrastructure production.
-
Plastic Waste Conversion: Innovative technologies designed to convert plastic waste into valuable fuel products.
-
Renewable Energy: Solar, wind, energy storage, and resilient power systems.
-
Sustainable Agriculture: Agrivoltaic farming, controlled-environment growing systems, and agricultural research.
-
Water Innovation: Technologies that support sustainable water production and management.
-
Transportation & Logistics: Commercial fueling, freight handling, warehousing, and distribution services.
-
Workforce Development: New employment opportunities and supporting residential infrastructure.
Each component is intended to complement the others, creating opportunities for operational efficiencies, shared infrastructure, and long-term economic sustainability.
More Than an Industrial Park
GRIP represents a broader vision for economic resilience.
By combining industrial production with clean technology, agricultural innovation, transportation infrastructure, and workforce development, GridZero seeks to demonstrate how American businesses can work together to build stronger communities and more sustainable economic systems.
Initial development is envisioned over a three-year planning and construction horizon, with subsequent phases determined by infrastructure readiness, financing, regulatory approvals, and market demand.
GRIP is being developed and led by GridZero Inc. as part of the broader AngelPreneur IMPACT Fund initiative, bringing together its four resilience-focused portfolio companies and complementary business operations. The project is structured to advance independently of ClubZERO Rewards' membership programs and consumer-facing business activities, allowing each initiative to pursue its respective objectives.
Agentis Infrastructure Intelligence
Building the Intelligence Behind the Next Generation of Resilient Infrastructure
Building the Dream in Real Time
The GridZero Resilience Innovation Park will serve as a potential real-world development and demonstration environment for Agentis Infrastructure Intelligence, an advanced technology initiative designed to connect artificial intelligence, automation, and data-driven decision-making with essential infrastructure systems.
Through its RISE (Resilient Infrastructure Systems Engine) platform, Agentis is developing the intelligence needed to monitor, coordinate, and optimize energy production, water generation, agricultural operations, resource consumption, and overall infrastructure performance.
Agentis also envisions specialized intelligence systems supporting Plastic2Power operations, including waste feedstock management, fuel production, equipment performance, operational costs, and environmental reporting.
By integrating information across multiple industries, Agentis aims to help GridZero and its participating businesses improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, manage resources, and evaluate new technologies under real-world operating conditions.
GridZero builds and operates the infrastructure. Agentis develops the intelligence that helps make it smarter, more efficient, and more resilient.
Together, they envision a new model for intelligent infrastructure that could eventually be replicated in industrial parks, agricultural facilities, manufacturing operations, and communities throughout America and beyond.
The GridZero Resilience Innovation Park is part of the broader AngelPreneur vision of building businesses that create measurable economic, environmental, and community value.
As plans advance, GridZero will work to engage public agencies, private investors, technology partners, manufacturers, and other stakeholders interested in helping shape the future of Southern Nevada.
Big Ideas. Real Businesses. American Jobs. A More Resilient Future.
GRIP is a proposed development initiative of the AngelPreneur Venture Group, and its Nevada subsidiary
GridZero Inc. Site control, infrastructure access, regulatory approvals, land acquisition, financing, and individual project components remain subject to further evaluation and agreement.

“The future isn't built by waiting for opportunity. It's built by creating it.”
At GridZero, we envision turning the open desert into a place where American innovation,
industry, and opportunity can grow together.
