AngelPreneur Venture Group is assembling the founding leadership team that will help develop, launch, and grow the companies and initiatives within the APVG/ClubZERO ecosystem.
Our initial APVG corporate leadership recruitment is expected to begin in late August 2026. Recruitment for operating-company and nonprofit leadership positions is expected to begin in October 2026.
These are builder roles for experienced, entrepreneurial leaders prepared to develop strategies, establish operating systems, recruit teams, use artificial intelligence effectively, and accept responsibility for measurable results

AngelPreneur Venture Group Inc (APVG)
APVG is a Hawaiian corporation with it principal offices in Las Vegas, Nevada. It is the parent company of all APVG/ClubZERO Ecosystem business models outlined on this or related websites. APVG is in the process of establishing its principal offices in Las Vegas, where all of its executive level management will be located.
APVG is now seeking to build its executive leadership teams for itself, and several of the core Agentis client companies outlined below. Applications will be ready by the end of August at which time we will begin the process of reviewing them, with employment expected to start in early September and October.
The positions we are seeking initially with a brief description are listed below:
Chief Financial Officer
Directs enterprise finance, accounting, budgeting, treasury, payroll, financial controls, banking relationships, forecasting, and capital planning across the APVG ecosystem while coordinating with retained CPA, tax, audit, and financial advisory firms.
Chief Technology Officer
Establishes enterprise technology strategy, artificial-intelligence standards, cybersecurity oversight, systems architecture, technology governance, and strategic integration across APVG companies while coordinating implementation with Agentis Interactive and outside technology partners.
General Corporate Counsel
Manages routine corporate legal matters, company formations, governing documents, contracts, trademarks, employment matters, board resolutions, and legal records while coordinating complex securities, litigation, financing, and regulatory matters with retained outside counsel.
Vice President of Asset & Fund Management
Oversees the AngelPreneur Impact Fund, investment assets, fund administration, portfolio performance, capital deployment, financial reporting, and future asset-management initiatives while coordinating closely with the CFO, investment advisors, and operating-company leadership.
Vice President of Venture Development
Evaluates, structures, and develops new ventures, operating companies, joint ventures, acquisitions, and revenue opportunities that advance APVG’s long-term strategy while helping transform early concepts into practical, measurable business models.
Vice President of APVG Financial Group™
Leads the development of APVG’s long-term financial services strategy, including commercial banking, payments, merchant processing, business lending, equipment finance, leasing, trust services, and strategic financial partnerships. This executive will also evaluate acquisition and charter opportunities and help guide the planned development of Mariner Bank & Trust™ as the future business banking platform serving the APVG/ClubZERO ecosystem.
Vice President of Real Estate & Investments
Leads real-estate sourcing, acquisitions, development analysis, due diligence, hospitality assets, leasing, project financing, and investment evaluation for Aquarium Plaza developments, resorts, corporate facilities, and other strategic properties.
Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions
Identifies, evaluates and manages strategic acquisitions, investments and partnership opportunities that strengthen the APVG ecosystem, including hospitality, travel, technology, artificial intelligence, media, manufacturing and emerging businesses, while leading due diligence, valuation, integration planning and long-term portfolio growth across all APVG companies.
Vice President of Strategic Partnerships
Develops and manages relationships with technology providers, hospitality organizations, investors, universities, vendors, sponsors, government entities, and other strategic collaborators whose capabilities can strengthen and accelerate the APVG ecosystem.
Vice President of Governance
Oversees corporate governance, federal, state, and local registrations, permits, licenses, annual filings, regulatory coordination, government-agency communications, corporate records, policy compliance, and administrative requirements across APVG and its affiliated companies.
Vice President of Administration
Directs centralized corporate administration, enterprise policies, internal procedures, insurance coordination, office operations, document controls, vendor administration, and shared support services serving the APVG parent company and affiliated operations.
Vice President of Human Capital & Enterprise Benefits
Develops enterprise recruiting, compensation, payroll coordination, benefits, stock-option programs, performance management, employee policies, leadership development, succession planning, organizational culture, and Human + AI Workforce™ standards across the ecosystem.
Vice President of Future Initiatives
Researches emerging technologies, industries, business models, market shifts, and long-range opportunities while helping APVG evaluate future ventures, strategic risks, competitive developments, and innovations that may influence the ecosystem’s next stage of growth.
APVG/ClubZERO Operating-Company
Leadership Opportunities
Most initial APVG/ClubZERO operating-company leadership positions will report to APVG Founder/CEO Peter Ortmann, and will begin as our: Senior Vice President of Operations - President-Designate
Following an initial six-month development period, successful executives may advance to President after achieving agreed milestones, developing a capable team, establishing an actionable strategy, and demonstrating measurable progress within the broader APVG/ClubZERO objectives.
Brands and key leadership positions are listed below. Applications will be taken starting September 1st, with employment expected to start in early to mid October. Dates are subject to change as conditions warrant.

Agentis Interactive Inc. - Senior VP of Operations
Leads the development and commercialization of Agentis Intelligent Business Systems™, builds the technology and AI workforce, establishes client-delivery operations, develops partnerships, and advances Agentis as the digital infrastructure company serving the APVG/ClubZERO ecosystem.

ClubZERO Rewards Inc. - Senior VP of Operations
Builds and launches the ClubZERO membership, rewards, affiliate, travel, hospitality, and BitZERO$ rewards currency programs while developing operational teams, member-growth strategies, partnerships, compliance systems, and the company’s long-term public-market readiness.

GridZero Inc. - Senior VP of Operations
Develops GridZero as APVG’s Nevada operating, infrastructure, fabrication, procurement, and logistics company, coordinating renewable-energy systems, water technologies, aquarium construction, specialty manufacturing, facilities, equipment, and ecosystem project delivery.

CreativeWorks - Senior VP of Operations
Builds the centralized graphic-design, publishing, advertising, campaign-development, social-media, AI scriptwriting, and experiential-marketing company serving APVG brands while establishing creative teams, client services, production workflows, and revenue-generating outside accounts.


ReefShark Productions - Senior VP of Operations
Develops the APVG media-production company responsible for AI video, documentaries, podcasts, commercials, photography, livestreams, educational programming, and original entertainment while building production teams, workflows, partnerships, budgets, and commercial opportunities.
ReefShark Apparel - Senior VP of Operations
Launches and grows branded apparel, uniforms, accessories, promotional products, online retail, warehousing, inventory, and fulfillment operations while coordinating Plant Your Seed™ appreciation gifts and merchandise programs across the APVG/ClubZERO ecosystem.




DreamStream Network - Senior VP of Operations
Develops the global subscription media-distribution platform for original programming, live events, webcams, ecosystem channels, partner content, Travel Café broadcasts, and hospitality displays while establishing technology, licensing, advertising, and subscriber-growth strategies.
BizWorks Corporate Solutions - Senior VP of Operations
Builds the business-formation, executive-office, resident-agent, compliance, administrative, human-resources, mentoring, workshop, biz incubation, and Technology HUB model that will serve APVG companies, entrepreneurs, tenants, and outside clients at each future location.
Clear Blue Oceans Foundation - Executive Director
Leads the growth of the foundation’s ocean and environmental awareness, education, volunteer, and community programs while developing ecosystem partnerships, governance, donor engagement, Marissa’s Reef™ initiatives, and a sustainable operational team.
The Travel Cafe Group - Senior VP of Operations
Leads the strategic development, launch and expansion of the Tropical Reef Travel Café™ and BAGGEDDABOUTIT™ brands, overseeing hospitality operations, franchise development, regional bakery and vertical farming facilities, distribution, logistics, and operational excellence.
Application Requirements
The above positions are primary leadership roles being established initially and they may change, more may be added at anytime. General employment opportunities will be posted on ClubZERO membership dashboards once they become available. At present, all positions listed will be based out of Las Vegas, and no remote positions will be entertained.
Interested candidates must submit a letter of interest along with a brief accurate overview of their personal background, family status, any professional degrees, membership information and should be prepared to discuss their accomplishments, setbacks, leadership experience, use of artificial intelligence, and approach to building organizations from the ground up.
