The Aquarium Plaza Corporate Centers - will become home to our Agentis Technology & Innovation HUBS once built. They represent one of the most ambitious long-term initiatives within the AngelPreneur Venture Group (APVG) ecosystem.
Planned as the centerpiece of the APVG/ClubZERO Ecosystem, the Aquarium Plaza Corporate Centers™ (APCC), are designed to serve as flagship destinations envisioned as integrated campuses where intelligent business systems, hospitality, entrepreneurship, education, sustainability, and community engagement work together in a single connected environment.
Rather than serving as traditional office complexes, each destination Technology HUBS are intended to become a living demonstration of how technology and thoughtful planning can create stronger businesses, better guest experiences, meaningful careers, and more resilient communities.

Long-term planning includes evaluating renewable energy systems, advanced energy storage, Small Modular Reactor (SMR) technologies as they become commercially appropriate, electric vehicle PlugHUB™ charging facilities, agrivoltaic farming, vertical agriculture, atmospheric water generation, intelligent water management, and other resilient infrastructure designed to reduce environmental impact while strengthening long-term operational independence.
