Where the First Seed Was Planted
The APVG/ClubZERO Rewards Ecosystem did not begin with the incorporation of a company or the writing of a single business plan.
It began more than twenty years ago with a deeply personal vision that would eventually become Marissa's Reef™—a living tribute dedicated to honor our founder’s lost granddaughter, while inspiring ocean awareness, education, hope, and opportunities for future generations.
That original vision planted what we refer to as the first Vision Seed™.
Over the years, new ideas continued to emerge. One vision inspired another. Individual concepts gradually became connected, eventually growing into the ecosystem you are exploring today.

Twenty Years in the Greenhouse™
Like young seedlings growing in a greenhouse, every great vision needs time to grow, to develop.
For nearly two decades, ideas were researched, refined, tested, connected, tested, and expanded, before the first company models were ever fully developed. During those years, the ecosystem architecture continued to mature, revealing opportunities that could only be discovered by viewing the vision as a complete system rather than a collection of individual businesses.
In March 2019, the Clear Blue Oceans Foundation™ was incorporated to begin advancing the ocean plastic waste and debris environmental awareness and educational mission that inspired the original non-profit vision developed years before.
One month later, in April 2019, AngelPreneur Venture Group Inc. was incorporated to begin transforming the for-profit side of our collective vision into a long-term business ecosystem.
Like many organizations around the world, our implementation and launch timeline was significantly affected by the global COVID-19 pandemic between 2020 and 2023. An event that substantially changed the world we live in.
Rather than abandoning the vision developed over many years, we used that time to strengthen our business and non-profit models, refine our strategies, expand the ecosystem architecture, and prepare for the next stage of development.
That journey eventually inspired what we now call the Agentis Interactive Forest™—a living ecosystem of intelligent businesses designed to grow stronger together. Because, sometimes even the healthiest forests experience an unexpected winter. What matters most is how they grow when spring returns.

Why Agentis Interactive Comes First
By early 2025 we realized that before a large-scale interconnected ecosystem of businesses like we proposed could be successfully launched, it first needed a common intelligent digital foundation.
That is why Agentis Interactive™ became the first production Intelligent Business System™ company within the APVG/ClubZERO ecosystem.
Agentis is the technology architect responsible for designing, integrating, securing, hosting, and continuously improving the various individual intelligent business systems that will be integrated to connect the entire ecosystem together.
All websites, artificial intelligence, automation, cloud services, customer engagement, communications, commerce, analytics, and operational systems are all being engineered by Agentis to work together as one intelligent digital business ecosystem environment.
This Agentis website is the first step in that journey.
Visitors may notice that some of our companies do not yet have active public websites, while others are currently being redesigned. This is intentional.
Rather than maintaining separate websites created at different times using different technologies and messaging, we made the strategic decision to centralize the ecosystem and establish a unified digital architecture before expanding outward.
Today, seven core ecosystem websites are currently under development or undergoing a complete redesign as part of this long-term strategy, with phased public releases planned through late Summer 2026.

Every thriving forest begins with someone willing to plant the first seed. The APVG/ClubZERO ecosystem uses the forest metaphor because it accurately defines what we are building – a forest of business ecosystems. Plant Your Seed™ is our invitation for others to become part of that forest building journey.
Some people plant seeds through ideas. Others through their talents, partnerships, entrepreneurship, financial support, and every meaningful contribution helps the forest continue to grow healthier.
