Peter "The AngelPreneur" Ortmann is a serial entrepreneur, business strategist, ecosystem architect, and lifelong innovator dedicated to building businesses that create lasting economic, environmental, and social value.
Rather than focusing on developing a single successful company, Peter's vision has always been to create an interconnected ecosystem where technology, entrepreneurship, community, and Intelligent Business Systems™ work together to create opportunities for generations to come.
That vision ultimately became what is known today as the APVG/ClubZERO Ecosystem.
A Vision Born From Purpose
The journey that led to today's ecosystem did not begin with a business plan.
It began with a deeply personal vision that would eventually inspire Marissa's Reef™—a living tribute dedicated to honoring Peter's granddaughter while promoting ocean awareness, education, hope, and opportunities for future generations.
That experience forever changed the direction of his life.
What began as one Vision Seed™ gradually inspired countless new ideas that became connected over time. Those ideas evolved into a long-term ecosystem development strategy encompassing Intelligent Business Systems™, environmental technologies, hospitality, travel, entrepreneurship, advanced manufacturing, media, community development, and many other opportunities designed to strengthen one another.

Inspired By Nature
Peter's lifelong appreciation for sailing, the ocean, and the natural world has significantly influenced the way he approaches both business and life.
Years spent on and around the water reinforced a simple but powerful observation: the healthiest ecosystems thrive because every part contributes to the strength of the whole.
That same philosophy became the foundation of the APVG/ClubZERO Ecosystem.
Rather than viewing environmental stewardship and business success as separate objectives, Peter believes they can work together to create sustainable economic opportunities that benefit both communities and the planet.
These beliefs ultimately inspired the creation of the Clear Blue Oceans Foundation™, numerous environmental initiatives, and many of the long-term business concepts now being developed throughout the ecosystem.
Why Hawaii Matters
Hawaii became the natural home for both the Clear Blue Oceans Foundation™ and AngelPreneur Venture Group Inc.
Its unique culture, strong connection to the Pacific Ocean, entrepreneurial spirit, and respect for nature closely reflect the values upon which the ecosystem is being built.
Looking ahead, Maui, Hawaii is envisioned as the location of the one of four APVG Technology HUBS, serving as a center for Hawaiian innovation, collaboration, advanced intelligent technologies, and future business development.

One of Peter's greatest strengths is his ability to visualize complete ecosystems long before they exist.
